Martin represents businesses in a full range of legal matters including the formation of Corporations, sales and dissolution of businesses and, in commercial transactions, such as Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Leases, Loan Agreements, Employment Contracts and secured transactions as well as litigation in relation to these matters.

As business-related matters are often complicated, Martin usually charges on an hourly basis unless he has sufficient information to arrive at a block fee.
