
Martin Diegel began practicing law in 1982. He has served each client with a focus on understanding the requirements of the client and reaching a satisfactory result.
He utilizes his background in the various areas of legal practice, along with his extensive litigation experience, to provide the most effective legal representation and does so in a manner which is client-friendly. He reflects the diversity of experience required to represent a variety of clients which include individuals, small businesses, corporations and professionals.

EDUCATION
Martin graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts in 1977. He obtained his Bachelor of Law from the University of Ottawa in 1980.
He has been an Instructor at the Bar Admission Course in Ottawa, Ontario since 1990 teaching various programs including creditor and debtor law as well as advocacy.

The current hourly rate charged by Martin is $325.00. He also charges block fees for certain services such as real estate transactions.
